Mobile navigation containment
A navigation patch that prevents section labels from rendering beneath the docked theme control.
Added a physical paint exclusion zone wherever the docked theme control overlaps the secondary navigation. Kept active-section centering and bidirectional reveal aligned to the actual usable rail width. Preserved full-width centered navigation on larger screens where the control does not overlap the rail. Evidence-led Kairos review
A clearer decision surface: proposal, research map, and evidence rooms, with claims separated from what the evidence cannot prove.
Reframed the proposal so the operating model, commitments, terms, and decision gates can be judged without decoding internal labels. Added the Initial Research map and 13 Evidence Rooms with confidence labels, correction trails, explicit unknowns, and decision implications. Clarified external evidence, including ten studied semiconductor-lithography transitions and 25,513 foreign firms entering China. Separated what each source supports from what it does not prove; removed claims that outran the evidence. Hardened the secondary navigation: centered active context, reliable reveal in both directions, and correct top-boundary reset. Introduced an immutable release archive, machine-readable manifest, changelog, payload hashes, and predecessor-linked record hashes. Archive navigation repair. The original files used canonical-root links, which escaped this version path after preservation. A transparent delivery adapter now keeps every V1 navigation link inside V1. The stored payload and its hashes remain unchanged. Inspect the compatibility receipt .
Integrity model. Each release records every file's SHA-256 hash, one combined payload hash, and the previous release record's hash. Git preserves the source history. This makes the sequence independently verifiable and tamper-evident; it is a hash chain, not a decentralized blockchain.
